| News: Time has come again where the Community is heading for a new direction towards challenges that poses with enormous tasks and commitments. In light of this, the organizers of the Community have elected this year's 2008 set of new officers which was held last 24th February. The Community is chaired by Ms. Dulce Ordinario, supported by her Vice-Ms. Grace Concepcion. Community Secretary is Ms. Nancy Sozas, Treasurer-Ms. Nimfa Calanoc, Auditor-Mr. Sepner Baco and Public Relations Officer in the person of no less than Ms. Malou Vallejo. Their willingness and selfless dedication is a manifestation of good stewardship which will bring GFIC new heaps and bounds faced with challenges that may affect not only our migrant status but of countless issues on social inclusion, community integration, our founding cultures and traditions as we keep it alive within ourselves, our social well being etc. Together let us wish them success for every community undertakings that lies ahead. kudos. |
